Among the thousands of US visitors to The Oneness University at Varadepalayam, India were Olivia Hussey and Susan Allan. Greatly moved by the condition of the dogs on the sprawing campuses of the University, they and several others contacted the Blue Cross of India and requested them to extend their Animal Birth Control program to the Oneness University.

For the last two years, the Blue Cross has periodically caught, spayed, vaccinated and released the dogs on the campus.

Olivia and Susan have funded much of this work and they are both delighted that$10 given to the Blue Cross covers most of one animal's expenses for this program.
